This guided meditation is designed to slow down your brain waves from Beta to Alpha wave or ‘flow’ state, the ideal state of expanded awareness to experience the intuitive senses, communication with spirit guides and deceased loved ones, or to practice divination like Tarot or runes.

This meditation was created with a binaural beat of 10 hertz, in the range of Alpha waves which measure between 8 and 12 hertz. This tone helps your brain waves slow to match it. A binaural beat is created by hearing two tones — one in each ear — that are slightly different in frequency, and your brain processes a beat at the difference of the frequencies. For this reason please use headphones when listening for an optimal experience.
